In a sense, it did. And I don’t recall the conditions when I was checking out the alarm, I think the car was sitting for several weeks while I was waiting for the center bearing to be done on my driveshaft, which kept me from making the connection. At least it works. Now I can unload it. FB

Sixto wins the case of beer. In 99/2000 W210, the steering angle sensor is powered through fuse #11, which also powers the alarm horn. My alarm horn has failed and I removed fuse #11 thinking that’s the only thing it powered. So my issue was operator error. Duh! Thanks a bunch, Sixto! -D >
