My phone is small and old, wouldn't surprise me if a different device has more

I was going to say check darksky.net, their precipitation forcast map lets
you move back and forth in time but looking at it now, the actual radar map
does not.

Look at weather underground website. They have lots of home weather stations
you can access with lots of current and past data from the sites.
