I am a believer in window tint, but realize that [at least with the tints used some years ago] that when you tint it can make it very difficult to see out the rear window at night. Not a problem for me while driving, but at times a real headache trying to back up in unfamiliar areas. I simply could not see well enough with the mirrors through the tinted rear/side windows. Hopefully some one will have current information on this, and perhaps the metallic ones are not so bad. Just a caution. BillR

Each job has been done perfect - one job is 5+ years old while the other is approx 1 yr old - from the heat of summer to the cold of winter it has stayed looking perfect. I've tried putting tint on myself - once - full of wrinkles at no extra charge. BTW, different states have different laws concerning the darkness of tinting allowed in Va they allow manufacturers to install a darker shade than aftermarket. Also, generally the rear windshield and read door glass can be darker than driver and passenger windows. The front cannot have any except for the upper ~4" band. IMO, it was money well spent -- the car is much more comfortable in the summer - cools quicker and doesn't get as hot.
