How can a car get into that state in only 22 years? That thing to the right of the cam cover is a crankcase vent filter. It's plain to see the vent line plumbed into it instead of to the intake. You can see a bunch of holes drilled in it which show an oil film around each hole. Love the filthy K&N filter.
