Hi, All. After almost 30 years my memory ain't so hot, though I do remember the horn ring as having a shoulder screw upon which were a wavy washer, a flat washer and a small insulator, like a top hat with no crown (maybe a small spring). A fiddley job as I remember. Sorry not to be more
