This is exactly what happensed to me. The wire was exposed upstream of the
antenna motor, and would occasionally ground out. This was in the trunk
along the drivers side. Fortunately turned out to be an easy diagnosis and
fix.

The dome light system and clock share this fuse. Try one of those!

After almost 30 years my memory ain't so hot, though I do remember the
horn ring as having a shoulder screw upon which were a wavy washer, a flat
washer and a small insulator, like a top hat with no crown (maybe a small
spring). A fiddley job as I remember. Sorry not to be more
LT.
