example showing phases problem with pullbundles
I tried to setup pullbundles and noticed that pulling pullbundles resulted in
draft changesets appearing in my repository.
The server repository and the generated bundles (zstd-v2) both contained only
public changesets.
I noticed the same problem when running test-pull-bundle.t (see attached
patch).
Note: I added this bug to the clonebundles component as there was no
pullbundles component.
