Apparently there's some space on mercurial-scm.org for user
repositories, e.g. https://www.mercurial-scm.org/repo/users/sid0/hg.
1. Could this be documented somewhere? I searched on the wiki for user
repositories and didn't see anything.
2. What credentials do I need to get access to it?
