This is the patch which fix the HEVC decode for Matroska container.
It was backported from upstream gstreamer-vaapi.

The new machconfig probes USB keyboard and touch screen, and
then sets HAVE_* variables according to detection.
Detectable devices:
USB HID keyboards (Generic Desktop)
USB HID touch screens (Digitizer)
Note:
The intention is to have a way to provide initial formfactor
settings in a boot procedure
Tested with a generic USB keyboard, intel-corei7-64 sato build:
Lenovo X220 which has a buit-in detectable USB HID touch screen and a
built-in non-USB keyboard.
NUC Gen 4 which has no built-in keyboard or touch screen.

Here is the Test Report for meta-intel based on YP2.1_M3.rc2 build. We have run
only the automated tests for this build.
As an issue summary, the Bar14 and Bar15 issue has appeared again in 9405 and
9406, somewhat similar with
