Updated the commit ID to fix the Makefile issue encountered
in the previous version of the patch.
This updates the commit ID of the PRU Software Support Package
which is pulled into the SDK. The updated PRU Software Support
Package includes:
added am65x resources:
PRU_Halt example

I was getting errors when trying to build with am335x-evm machine, so I
stayed with beaglebone machine since it at least let me complete a build.
I'm still getting the repeating messages at the serial console, here are my
steps, maybe I'm still doing something wrong.
