It looks like your corporate firewall is messing (in the middle style) with the 
SSL certificates that the servers (docker, apt, etc) are using. So either you 
add the certificate authority (a.k.a. Root Certificate) that the firewall is 
using to make the it's certificate to your trusted certificates (Google: 
"ubuntu add my corporate root certificate") or you completely bypass your 
firewall by connecting to a VPN tunnel service.
