saying that I love MetaCard and will use it as long as it exists. This is
meant to be brainstorming out loud and constructive criticism. If I didn't
love MetaCard, I wouldn't bother typing all of this!

How does one lock the location of a stack and still show its title bar? I
don't find a locklocation property for stacks.
i.e. what is wanted is the equivalent of:
set the decorations of this stack to title
set the draggable of this stack to false
