Maybe you can use this:
open file pathToMyTextFile for read
read from file pathToMyTextFile until eof
put it into myField
close file pathToMyTex

The dropdown for remove group is only enabled when a group is
selected, but it isn't a button to remove that group; instead it
appears to be a menu that should allow you to select any group to
remove, but it only displays grp id 1005 for me, which isn't a valid

Yes I was kicked off again too. I don't know what's going on at the server side but I can guarantee its not at my end. The only other possibe culprit I can think of is MS Outlook - I was using the 'Rules wizard' to direct MC mail into a folder, which has worked fine in the past
I would like to suggest that the Find dialog in the script editor have a
check box to determine if you want the find to wrap around to the beginning
of the script. If possible, this setting should remain until you change it
