Hello Everyone,
Just wanted to thank everyone who sent in meteorites for the boy I know.
There were some wonderful specimens from NWA 869 and Canyon Diablo to Odessa
to Two-Dot, to name just a few off the top of my head. I will write up
descriptions of the specimens this weekend and present
Hello (again) everyone,

Hi, All,
The researcher (who found a historical correlation
between odd rains and meteoritic and comet events,
in case you didn't read the article) has a big bucket of
nothing.

But a year with a meteoritic event or a comet is pretty much
any year in human history, isn't it?
He also counts cases of milk,
Hi everybody -
You know, every so often we get these exchanges of
rather short intense messages on the list about one or
another particular meteorite. The messages are short
and they begin suddenly and stop suddenly, and they're
between the experts and dealers of important
specimens.
You got to
There is a theory which states that if ever anybody
discovers exactly what the Universe is for and why
it is here, it will instantly disappear and be replaced
by something even more bizarre and inexplicable.
There is another theory which states that this has
already happened.

If you were driving in your car at the sped of light and you turned on your
headlights, would anything happen?
I came home last night to discover that someone had stolen all the things in
my home and replaced them with EXACT duplicates.
You can't have everything. Where would you put it?
Good Lord. We already spammed the list with this crap
last year.
It is not a meteorite so how about taking this garbage
elsewhere.
Thanks in advance.

Hello List,
I want to have some thin sections made. While investigating I found that I
have a choice, polished or lapped. Does anyone have any input or advice as to
which is the more desirable for cross polar viewing?
Any reputable thin section makers to recommend?
Thanks.

Tom Phillips posed an interesting question the other day about any of the
EL3 material that might have been on higher ground and not so severely
weathered.
I cut what I thought was a small weathered chondrite the other day and
believe it is this EL3 material but with a decent amount of metal.

Hi, Don, List,
Well, the topic concerns the claimed infall of
extraterrestrial material onto the Earth, a suggestion
put forth by academic astronomic professionals.
I happen to think they're wrong, and most of their
fellow professionals in the field think they're wrong,
but that doesn't rule
