It is a nice stone, I doubt anyone could argue that. With a Total known weight
of over 16kg, there is more of it then all other angrites put together. Very
nice to have so much available to collectors. Over half the weight of all
angrites in one stone... wow. Makes my 235g angrite look so small.

Hi Mike in CO,
Magnetic susceptibility is a difficult question to answer. A CEREGE (CNRS),
Geophysics and Planetologyscientist from France flew out here to Laughlin, NV,
U.S.A. to conduct magnetic susceptibility studies on several of our planetary

This is probably the 'dumb question of the year' but, is there any
magnetic susceptability detectable on NWA 5000 or, for that matter any
of your planetary pieces? See, told you it was going to be a dumb
question.

Thanks for the advising, pictures, and links sent. Is nice to see that other
people share the same idea. But how about mixing gold with meteorite dust
(converting the same martian example into dust)? Also how much will be enough
to make it noticeable on this way?

Hi,
I would recommend against using a soft stone in a wedding ring. Over
time the meteorite will most likely become scratched or chipped. For
occasional wear (or short marriage) go for the meteorite ring.
