A recent paper has an interesting description and
discussion of K-P tsunami deposits that contain
dinosaur bones and impact ejecta. These deposits
are part of the Delgado Sandstone Member, which
is exposed in the La Popa Basin in north-eastern Mexico.

In fact most of the finest Non-nugget specimens are usually found in quartz.
