I have some nice material for collectors this week. These are small
slices, part slices, and endcuts of a CV3 with a possible Bali-group
connection, a CK5 chondrite, and an LL3 chondrite. Most of these

Even before the NASA Dawn program, scientists had made a strong
connection between the HED meteorites and Vesta. The brief paper at
the link below gives a general explanation of the connection. In the
years since, Dawn has solidified that connection.
