The chance for the gas Jupiter meteorite is 0 indeed.
However, theoretically the chance for meteorite from Jupiter moons is a bit
larger than that.
Of course, much greater is chance that such Jupiter moon meteorite will
fall on Jupiter itself rather than escape its gravity.
