The only thing I would prefer is a way of archiving the classes to DVD or
whatever for later review if needed.

Marc,
I would be interested if I can afford it.
I know I won't ever be able to go out hunting because of my physical condition,
but I would like the knowledge of how it's done.
Thanks,
Rod

Hi all,
http://www.w5kub.com/ has done this for the past few years at amateur radio
shows. I've enjoyed watching W5KUB's feed over the past couple of years.
He even does the feed while making the driving trip.
If anyone can provide good information on how to do it, it would be him.
Just an FYI.

Thanks for the definition.
Let's see if I have this straight
Meteoroid = in space
Meteor = The act of the previous meteoroid entering the atmosphere and
producing light.
Meteorite = Meteoroid, now meteor, that landed and becomes a meteorite.
Let me muddy the waters a bit more:-)

Hi,
Is there a website to help understand how to interpret radar data for tracking
meteorites? I've been reading the tutorials on the NOAA/NCDC toolkit site but
it's geared more toward using the program and not actual interpretation of the
data.
It's more of an academic exercise at this point s
Thanks for the info.
I will check out the NOAA site.

Hi,
I have a question about radar data in general.
How far back is radar data archived? A few weeks/days/years??
Thanks,
Rod

That's funny!
I actually thought of something similar the other day
"If a true rock hound got a lump of coal in his/her stocking, he/she might
appreciate it as a meaningful gift:-)"
Merry Christmas to all.

Geoff,
Loved the show, but I was so tired from staying up the night before to watch
the eclipse, I was drifting in and out near the end of the show.
I'll have to watch it again when comcast puts it on "On demand".
Andy seemed like a kindred spirit for you:-)
