Conference on Spacecraft Reconnaissance of Asteroid and Comet Interiors 2015 January 8-10, 2015 Tempe, Arizona The Conference on Spacecraft Reconnaissance of Asteroid and Comet Interiors 2015 (ASTRORECON) is a follow-on to the highly successful Workshop on Spacecraft Reconnaissance of Asteroid and Comet Interiors in 2006, which led to a special volume of Meteoritics & Planetary Science. The goal of the Conference on Spacecraft Reconnaissance of Asteroid and Comet Interiors 2015 is to identify and evaluate the best technologies for spacecraft robotic reconnaissance of comets, asteroids, and small moons, paving the way for advanced science missions, near-Earth asteroid redirection, hazard mitigation, in situ resource utilization, and human visitation. The conference will convene immediately after SBAG12, which will be held January 6â7, 2015, in the Tempe/Phoenix area. Conveners are Erik Asphaug and Jekan Thanga.
