Yes, Kunashak did crash through the roof of a small old log building.
I believe the building was a factory or somewhere that made stuff. I
have a pic of the building showing a hole in the roof at my office.

Very interesting! As far as I can tell, Sergey's picture is the of
structure prior to impact, and the pic I posted is of the actual
impact hole. As you can see if you open both pics at the same time,
the building is the same, but the X-marks-the-spot on Sergey's pic

The building for drying grain to which roof the meteorite has fallen. The
place of breakdown in a roof is noted by X.
This picture is from the article in Meteoritika, 1950 by Krinov after his
expedition.
