I have a couple of Monnig related questions that i need to ask:
Firstly, i have asked this before with no joy but has anyone got a
spare copy of the 1996 Monnig catalogue? This was possibly produced by
David New in 1996 and i know TCU have a copy as well as several list

Just found the following post from Matteo Chinellato dated 1st
September 2002, he mentions having a Monnig Ensisheim specimen for
sale with old label. This could possibly be the 218.1 numbered
specimen that i am chasing info on. Anyone have any knowledge of this?

In late 2003, I started a compilation of the weights (masses) of all
the Ensisheim meteorite fragments, slices...owned in museums,
institutes, or held in private collections...

Thankyou for that information and i hope Matteo is reading this as
more information from him regards the specimens that he sold would be
most useful.
In the 1996 Monnig catalogue there are two specimens of Ensisheim
listed (I have a copy of that particular page but i am still after a
