as the
Enstatite tends to sparkle and it is full of stress veins, pretty odd
looking material.

Hello List
A while back, some list folks received samples of NWA 2736 from someone
in Morocco. I am interested in what their final conclusion was on those
rocks. Write me back on or off list. Thanks!

Hey Adam,
If different types of material from a single PB forms a metamorphic
continuum as has been published recently, what are the exact parameters
for these different groupings; e.g., chondrite, metachondrite, primitive
achondrite, achondrite, stony-iron, iron. I have not yet seen the
part
It may become the first EL Metachondite but I think relic
chondrules would disqualify it as such.
Nope, Ted said that a few relic chondrules in a huge pile of rock wouldnt
disqualify it as a metachonderite. Afterall there are winonaite are
metachondrites and can be chock full o' chondrules..

Anyone have a picture of this stuff?
TIA

Stan Asked if somebody had a picture of this stuff.
The high degree of weathering, subparallel oxide veins and relic chondrules
suggest it may be the same EL6/7 material that has surfaced recently. I
think somebody purchased the vast majority (about 70 Kilograms) of it from
the Aronsons in Tucson.
Anyone have a picture of this stuff?
TIA

To aubrite enthusiasts,
Here is the link to a pdf report on NWA 2736:
http://www.lpi.usra.edu/meetings/lpsc2005/pdf/1913.pdf
It states that, "..one or more relict chondrules in the sample." I thought
that aubrites did not have any chondrules in them. Interesting. I've sent an
