Hi Adam, and List, Looks like an awefully weathered, and highly serpentinized chondrite to me, although this doesn't fully explain the distinct layers (?) that can be seen in this specimen. The photo isn't too good, and maybe the "layers" are in fact schlieren that often look a bit like sedimentary layers. Just my two weathered OC's ;-)
