https://github.com/stephenmcd/grappelli-safe/blob/master/grappelli_safe/templates/admin/includes_grappelli/header.html.
If you copy admin/includes_grappelli/header.html into your templates
folder, you can customize that file to your heart's content.

I am trying to change the title of the admin interface of mezzanine.
I have already changed the site title in the settings, but although it
changed the title of the site, the old title, mezzanine, still appears in
the top left hand corner of the admin interface.
