If you can't fetch that single template, you can always get *all* of them,
and then copy the one you need.
Instead of using -t, simply type *python manage.py collecttemplates*

No there isn't.
If you did that, any person who would have received the text version would
then receive a HTML version full of unrendered HTML code visible as pain
