[mezzanine-users] Cartridge Deploy Failing But Mezz Deploy Not

Hi all - I haven't been around for a while. Nice to see mezzanine continue to grow! I am using the shipped fabfile to deploy mezzanine 4.0.1 to an ec2 instance. The install and deploy works like a charm for a mezzanine project. However, when deploying (fab deploy) a cartridge project I get
