I've been searching for any information about the degree to which search engines currently take advantage of Microformats for indexing content.
Can anyone tell me:

• When crawling pages, do Google, Yahoo!, or MSN recognize hCard, hCalendar, or other Microformats, and if so, do they do anything with them (populate local search indexes, shared events calendars, etc.) • I know that Yahoo! publishes a huge volume of content in Microformats, but do Google or MSN as well? • Are any employees of the major search companies contributing to Microformat initiatives?

Thanks in advance for any info you can provide.

Aarron
