Consultant will be to designing, developing, maintaining and enhancing applications SharePoint Applications along with creating and administering SharePoint sites. *Requirements:* * * 1. Must have 3-5 yrs of SharePoint design and Development based on evaluation of business specifications for complex business requirements - *Development side:* ** A. Consultant must experience in creation of SharePoint Web Parts in C# development experience. B. Proficient in the creation and use of Web Services. C. SharePoint object model to programmatically manipulate SharePoint list items. D. Strong XML/XSL development experience. E. Working knowledge of SQL Server 2000 with database/Web connectivity familiarity, plus database management and file access methods - *Administration side:* ** A. Administration of larger SharePoint farm experience; experience must include deployment of custom webparts, templates, Custom List Types and objects, solution packages and features. B. Administration and troubleshooting of advanced workflow experience required (SharePoint Workflow) 2. Must be able to define and document the business requirements and translate into functional specifications as well as document integration points of existing systems and business processes. 3. Must utilize and consult with the client on a "best practices" approach to Project Management and Change Management. 4. Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. 5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be strong and effective communicator (sales oriented in approach). Good writing skills and ability to multi task in the support of this project.
