MFI Progress Report shows incorrect values

I took the MFI progress report for 2 branches: (reports attached)
Jaipur Area Office -

Many of the values displayed on this report is incorrect:
a) Jaipur Area Office has 8 branches under it. But the report shows zero.
b) Centers - As of today, there are 338 centers under Jaipur Area Office and
105 centers under Jaipur Branch (based on my queries on the DB). The report
shows 7 and 5 as of March 2011.
c) Groups - report shows 22 and 14 - for Jaipur Area office and Branch
d) Clients - report shows 110 and 70 - for Jaipur Area office and Branch
e) Product - DCL-Pragati shows 261 active loans. but disbursement amount is
zero.
f) There are about 52 accounts which are "active in bad standing" i.e.
Account_State_ID = 9. But the report does not show any in arrears.
Overall, the report does not seem to give accurate data.
I just see too many issues to be listed exhaustively here.
Note: Since these reports have production data, I have password protected the
zip file.
