We are noticing the Branch Progress Report giving 0 values for some of the
report fields - for eg., total active borrowers. Is this an issue faced by
others as well?
The query the report has for execution returns the correct value when run
directly on the db (with parameters substituted)

Spammers sometimes attack our mailing lists. This seems to mainly be a
problem with the "issues" and "commits" mailing lists on dev.java.net.
The "developer", "user", and "announce" mailing lists on
sourceforge.net are mailman-based and only allow posts by subscribers,
so we're good there. "issues"
