Wanted to let you know that the MFI that did report issues with our
arrears reporting in the Branch Progress report does, in fact, allow for
pre-payments. So I suspect the issue you discovered is also causing the
problem in one of our own reports.

Your first screen shot shows an icon of Tomcat server in the task bar, It
shows that your web server is not running. Please configure the script while
clicking right of your mouse.
