When you say you have tried dropping and re-creating the database with your
own custom configuration, do you mean a configured database? IE, when you
re-create the database are you using the initial scripts that come with
Mifos?

Where are you seeing it displayed? In the users page? I checked on
demo.mifos.org and confirmed it wasn't appearing on the client page, but
does appear to be showing on the user page. Since its marked as a
systemwide value, this would be a bug.

Depends on the country and currency. In the Philippines, its doubtful you
would give a loan that high, where-as in Indonesia, its quite likely.
Yes, most likely needs to be adjusted. You might be able to edit the field
yourself in the BIRT Editor.

If the query is working, download and inspect the jdbc connection in the
GL report to confirm you are connecting to the same database. Try
editing the report and uploading it with a different name to test.
