Which folder did you put them in?
Also, can you share the mifos.log? Sometimes there are errors when trying to
read the file maybe that's preventing it from loading

most of our clients are set up with individual loans under their group. for
some really delinquent groups (months in arrears and should be completed) I
added a group loan as we don't want to track at individual level. the loan
has been disbursed but is not showing in the branch report under "D
