We currently support a feature for our India cloud customers that allows
them to generate an XML file to import accounting information into Tally
(a leading accounting package in India). Currently the process for
creating this XML file and uploading it into Tally is cumbersome. Steps

Not sure I¹m clear on what your issue is...but
Issue 1 Just set the min to 7000 and your default to 10,000.
Issue 2- This wouldn¹t affect any existing loans, only creating new loans.

loan products.
