what is the exact error message that is gives you? is it 'This is an
invalid Disbursement date.'?
Does the customer already have an active loan of the same type (loan product)?
Are you using any product mixes (see Admin area)?

customer_schedule table for the client to see what 'scheduled meeting
dates' exist. There should be one for 17th but if not (first is 24th
or something like that), th
