3. Click on ³Add/Edit Historical Data²

Is it possible to create a new member in Mifos and a loan for this member
with loan cycle = 2?
This member had taken and closed a loan prior to the MIS being on Mifos.
And the member is now planning to take the second loan.
The loan cycle will be automatically saved as 1 in Mifos.
Anyway
