loans, ones we had set up with partial terms remaining as part of the
original population of the database and then when all were created we
deactivated them so they no longer showed as options for selction when

I am updating Loan Account States in the FS.
I just want to confirm that we have removed Disbursed to LO state
completely from Mifos. I believe there used to be a configuration
setting for this but it has been removed.
