For the issue you are seeing, the issue is most likely one of these two * You have not created the necessary loan and savings products * The products you have created have different schedules than the customer account you are using. For example, if you have a customer that meets weekly but the products are on a monthly cycle, they will not appear. Or another example is where you have a customer who meets every two weeks and the products are on a weekly schedule. The reverse of this (client is on a weekly schedule, products are on a 2 week schedule) will work though. Have a look at your configuration and the schedules for both the accounts and clients, then come back to us with what you find.
