To better understand this, it would be useful know exactly which words on which
screens show up in English for you. Screenshots could be a good way to capture
this.

We have a really odd situation that we can not figure out why...
We use Chinese version of Mifos 2.1; sometimes after we reboot tomcat we get
a different result in translation.
In one instance, we have completed translated screens with no English words
at all.
