Depending on the version of Mifos that you are using, if it is Mifos 2.0+ i
think you can use the feature of Question Groups to achieve the same
functionality as additional fields, i also did'nt find additional fields in
versions 2.0+.

unfortunately, I've never had to change tomcat port numbers and its not
something I'm good at. Hopefully someone who has done this before can help.
