Since you've already set the Java options, its doubtful that that's where the
issue is. I can't imagine you running into issues with that unless you had a
very large dataset. What are the specs of the machine you are running on? Is
it running any other applications?

It can be your database table account_trxn, financial_trxn, payment.
Check the date columns to see what are the dates.
I can't tell you why your system has wrong date, but there can be many reasons,
- System time date change
- Data migration mistake
- Manually modified in dat

I have seen why its not importing, I dont know why Mifos generates Creation
Date of 2010 when had not deployed Mifos then.
