If this was Google+, I'd +1 it. I like this scheme better than the white one
before (at least, from what I remember) - although adding back in the logo
would be good.

I meant to send this update. Somehow the logo got removed and the look and
feel got changed to white which explained why login link and tabs were
disappearing.
Look and Feel was reset to default - might make a few tweaks to add to logo
but will probably leave pretty close to as is.

Hi,
I have been working with Atlassian support for the past few days to fix
this issue. We had to restore the Look & Feel settings to the default
ones, but it seems that everything is working now.
Ed, are you planning to modify L&F, or we can leave it as-is?
