Hello,
No more issues in 2.4.1 only opening of multiple loan accounts that has
been resolved.
I suggest to upgrade it.

This I found a bug and this aspect is missed while several changes made in
the big release.
I suggest to concentrate on this also.

Yes the configuration management solved the issue.

I regret your continued difficulty with the 2.4.1 upgrade - we've triaged
all of your issues and the QA team is trying to repro some of the problems
and identify fixes - these fixes won't make the upcoming Samiha J release
but will be available in the first hotfix release.
