Please use the latest available version of mifos (2.6.0).
The version 2.2.0 of mifos uses BIRT to manage mifos reports.
Later versions such as 2.6.0 use Pentaho Report Designer instead of
BIRT. We no longer support BIRT and plan to remove it in future
distributions of mifos.
