Hello Natu, I have replicated the exact loan, product and penalty settings you posted on Mifos 2.6.0 and it works perfectly fine. It seems that other batch jobs won't start if you have ETLReportDWTaskJob running. It might be that because it failed, the other batch jobs failed to run as well.
