I would agree with Keith in that the breadcrumb is most useful in showing
the position overall org hierarchy (in the cases where they're part of two
groups or programs - that does pose an interesting problem.
When they're at the client level is it possible to only have the breadcrumb
point back to

If you want the breadcrumb to actually show the 'hierarchy' of the client
within the organisation then you would got with option 2. Thats a pretty
useful breadcrumb to have although you have the problem that the client
might be a member of more than one group.
