I think Tenant can be something you configure once, and never have to set
it again, unless you want to change it. Very similar to what happens with
"Languages" for a website. There is a small icon on login screen somewhere
which allows you to change language, but it remembers your default (i guess

configuration/setting screen, in that screen we can capture tenant url.
