Hello;
We seem to be having an issue with one particular upgrade for our client
currently on Mifos 2.3.3 and we wanted to upgrade to Mifos 2.6.3 getting
this error:

database.*
*liquibase.exception.ValidationFailedException: Validation Failed:*

is now: 3:4c5fa155a423cad555c5545c2677ac7e*
Tried upgrading to Mifos 2.6.0 and also got the same error. Its strange as
we have upgraded other clients on same versions without issues.
Attached is the client's dump, could anyone please try to upgrade and
advise if will get the same error. If it goes successfully, kindly advise
what might have been the problem.
