Good tutorial and very helpful... One question though., when setting up the
mysql database, how come mysql commands are not being accepted in the
command prompt.? What don't I have?

Indeed after starting for a while I was able to reach the server. However
after login using mifos..& testmifos the error below was displayed.
HTTP ERROR 500
Problem accessing /mifos/home.ftl. Reason:
PermGen space
Caused by:
java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space
at j
localhost.

I have been trying to install mifos v2.6.3 but to no success. I followed
