I'm going to forward this to the users lists as we should hopefully get a pretty quick response there. LSIM is a configuration setting that is still somewhat rough around the edges so it's possible you've encountered a bug. After changing the meeting schedule, all associated clients and groups with that center will have an updated meeting schedule the next day. If loan schedules are tied to meeting schedules, loan repayment schedules will also be updated. As we are using LSIM I find that the loan repayment date does not change to the new date until after the next meeting has passed. is that correct or a bug?
